I called this number back. It belongs to the American Heart Association. They have an automatic number removal service.

called cell phone said it was a survey

These people call accusing you of taking out a payday loan that you've never paid back. They have all of your personal information and keep stating you have a case and that you're going to court and suggest you get a lawyer. I've never had a loan and never have heard anything about this. They would not give much information. This is a scam. I googled the number and numerous people posted the same thing as me. Being accused and harassed from this number.

Called from the above number to a business number to one of my co-workers. "Marion" said "it was personal and very important", and to please call back. I could here other callers in the background, so it definately sounded like a call center. We're on the "do not call" list, so I don't know why they're calling.

have recieved 4 calls from this number and then hang up after i answer
